The Forge Mill Museum Volunteers are a group supporting the town museum, which covers the early development of the area and has exhibitions involving the history of the town from early times to the present day. We are involved in providing refreshments, helping in the shop, assisting at events, organising the annual Heritage Day and providing guided tours of the Needle Mill and Bordesley Abbey. Our website is at….. www.redditchmuseum.org.uk/ Bordesley Abbey Bordesley Abbey is the site of a medieval Cistercian Abbey in the Arrow Valley and, the Visitor Centre, which is set in an original reconstructed 16th Century barn, shows many of the finds that have been excavated over the years.
